Tour Homes
Tour homes by private tour with a Uwin Realty Group agent. Our agents will quickly schedule a time to view all the homes you are interested in and can either meet you at the home or lead you on a caravan tour of homes.

Consultation
Once we have found the perfect home and you are considering writing an offer we will begin our two-step consultation process. Step one is to prepare a complete Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to give you a better understanding of what comparable homes in the neighborhood are selling for. Step two is to answer any questions you may have and go over the CMA in detail. After our consultation you will be completely informed on what comparable homes are selling for in the neighborhood and will be ready to draft your offer.
Create the Offer
We will write your offer up and explain the different options so you will fully understand the details of your offer. Once you are comfortable with the offer you will sign it and it will be presented to the seller. Usually the offer is presented to the listing agent who then presents it to the seller. In the rare occurrence that we get to present the offer directly your Uwin Realty Group agent will do so on your behalf.
Negotiating the Best Deal
In the event of a counter offer your Uwin Realty Group agent will meet with you to discuss the counter offer and assist with any questions. After explaining the details you will decide which direction you want to go and we will proceed from there. Typically you have three choices, accept the counter, counter the counter or reject the counter and move on to look at other homes. Your Uwin Realty Group agent works for you and will guide you through the entire negotiation process making sure that your interest are always protected.

Closing Details
Your Uwin Realty Group agent will handle the paperwork, guide you through the mortgage process, coordinate the inspections, title and escrow. Uwin Realty Group provides you with the same full service closing management that traditional brokerages provide.

You will have 24-hour access to all the documents and reports as well as a detailed task list through our secure online transaction management platform. Stay completely informed when it is convenient for you.
