Buyers: Saving You Money

Understanding Commissions
Buyers do not pay us a fee or a commission for our services. We are paid by the seller through the Listing Brokerage. When listing their home for sale the seller negotiates the overall commission fee which is traditionally split 50/50 between the Listing Brokerage (Broker Representing the Seller) and the Buyer's Brokerage (Broker Representing the Buyer). Commission fees are set by the individual brokerage and as mentioned above negotiated by the seller therefore, the commission percentage we are paid can vary from house to house but typically it is between 2.5% - 3% of the selling price of the home.

Your Savings
When you buy through Uwin Realty Group we share 30% of the commission we receive from the seller’s broker with you. You can use this rebate to apply towards closing cost or if you prefer we will issue you a check after the close and you can spend it anyway you please. The diagram below shows how a traditional 6% total commission fee is split when you use Uwin Realty Group to represent you.
